ridito is a platform for hosting and joining group cycling rides. We provide tools for creating rides, RSVPing, messaging, and sharing routes. We are a platform — we do not organize, lead, or supervise rides.

ridito is a platform, not the organizer or operator of any ride. Rides listed on ridito are organized and run by individual hosts. ridito does not employ, supervise, vet, or insure hosts, and does not control how a ride is conducted.

• You participate at your own risk. Cycling in a group involves inherent risks — traffic, weather, road hazards, equipment failure, mechanical incidents, falls, collisions, and physical exertion. By joining a ride, you accept these risks.
• You are responsible for your own readiness. This includes your fitness, health, medical clearance to ride, hydration, nutrition, and your own decisions on the road.
• You are responsible for your own equipment. A roadworthy bicycle, a properly fitted helmet, lights when riding in low light, and any other safety gear required by local law are your responsibility.
• Release of liability — to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release ridito, its operators, and affiliates from any claims for personal injury, illness, death, theft, or damage to property arising from rides organized through the platform, including rides featured, suggested, or promoted by ridito.
• Promotional or featured rides (including any captain or host-rewards programs) do not change the platform-not- organizer relationship. Featuring is editorial and is not an endorsement of a host's qualifications or a ride's safety.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ridito.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for your account security. Do not share your login credentials.
• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.
• We may run promotions from time to time. Promotional rewards require identity verification before payout. If we determine that multiple accounts or other abuse have been used to exploit a promotion, all associated accounts will be disqualified and forfeit any rewards.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of ride details (time, location, route, pace).
• You are responsible for the safety and conduct of rides you organize, to the extent that you are the organizer.
• ridito does not verify ride routes, meetup locations, or host qualifications.
• We may feature rides and hosts for increased visibility. Featuring is editorial and does not constitute endorsement — we are not liable for the conduct of featured hosts or the safety of featured rides.
• You may set rides as private (invite-only) or public.

• You participate at your own risk. ridito is not responsible for your safety during rides.
• You are responsible for your own fitness, equipment, and road safety.
• You should verify ride details independently (weather, road conditions, route safety).
• RSVP does not create a binding obligation — you may leave a ride at any time.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or spam ride listings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users via messages or ride interactions
• Use ridito for commercial purposes without our permission (e.g., paid group rides, shop promotions)
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Upload sexually explicit, graphic, or adult content
• Use profanity, slurs, or hateful language in ride listings, profiles, or messages
• Post unsolicited promotional content, advertisements, or external links in ride descriptions or messages
• Solicit users for off-platform services, products, or fundraising

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion, without prior notice. A single violation is grounds for termination.

• Your content — you retain ownership of ride descriptions, GPX routes, images, and messages you post. By posting, you grant ridito a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of the service.
• Strava data— activity data imported from Strava remains subject to Strava's terms. You may remove imported data at any time.
• Our content — the ridito name, logo, design, and software are our property.

ridito integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.

ridito is a platform, not a ride organizer.

• We do not guarantee that rides will occur as listed.
• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or any harm arising from rides organized through the platform.
• We are not liable for interactions between users.
• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is zero for a free service).

Cycling involves inherent risks including but not limited to traffic, weather, road hazards, equipment failure, and physical exertion. By using ridito, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation in any ride.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ridito, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, rides you host or participate in, content you post, or your violation of these terms.

If you believe content on ridito infringes your rights, report it via the in-app report feature or contact us at hello@ridito.com. We will review reports and may remove content at our discretion.

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your rides will be removed and your data deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of ridito after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ridito operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
